Brain Boost Summer Smoothie!

I love summer fruit and using as many fresh ingredients that I can that I know promote brain health and gut health! I always feel energetic and so much more clarity and focus after I get to have this yummy breakfast! You can have it as a breakfast or a snack!

Ingredients:

1 banana

1 scoop unflavored protein

1/2-1 cup Full Fat Grass fed Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup mango chunks

1/2 cup coconut water

1/4 cup frozen berries (I think raspberries are amazing in this)

Instructions:

  1. Scoop yogurt out into your blender (I use a vitamix).

  2. Add the coconut water, banana, protein powder, mango and berries!

  3. Blend and Enjoy! This will be more like a drink as opposed to smoothie texture. If you prefer more of an icy texture add more ice or more frozen fruit! Play around with the combos! I love doing a tropical focus one day and a berry focus another day! I can’t get enough!
