These programs not only will help you achieve your fitness goals, but will also lead you towards better brain/mental, physical and spiritual health.

 

The Minimalist Program

This 12 week program is for anyone who has a busy life and does not want to spend hours at the gym. The program includes the most essential strength training and cardio movements to be able to gain strength, increase your confidence, care for your body, and achieve your health and fitness goals. Each workout is 30-50 minutes.

 

Overcoming Barriers to Healthy Living

I offer a 12-week guidebook that is designed to improve emotional, mental, physical and spiritual health. The framework is based on a Biblically-based, therapeutically sound, holistic and neuroscience approach to brain health.

Bodyweight Program for Women

I am so excited to share this six-week program with you! This is a bodyweight program designed for beginner or intermediate fitness levels. It is also perfect if you are looking for a new way to challenge yourself as you take a break from your normal fitness routine. This bodyweight program is progressive and will increase your strength and cardiovascular endurance as you complete each week. Wherever you are in your fitness journey, there is always a beginning. Not only will you notice an increase in mood, you will also increase your confidence and motivation!
