Car Snacks!

So many times not being prepared can keep us from reaching our goals with eating healthy. One thing I have learned is to always be prepared! This conversation comes up so often in my work. Here are some great snacks I always make sure I have!

apples

oranges

peach

plum

banana

dried fruit

trail mix minus the chocolate or yogurt covered rasins

salted cashews

almonds

beef sticks

tuna packets

gum

Water!!!!!!

I try to find foods that mimic things I crave!
