Leg Blaster Bodyweight Workout!

Ok! If you are looking for something to put at the end of your lower body workout for more of a burnout, or something to do if you don’t have access to a gym and want to feel like you did something this leg blaster workout is for you! It was originally is something that I always fall back on! It can be modified by reps or rounds!

Here we go!

3 Rounds

  1. 20 Bodyweight Squats

  2. 20 Bodyweight Lunges (10 each side)

  3. 20 Jumping Squats

  4. 20 Jumping Lunges (10 each side)

Rest 1:00 minute

Repeat 2 more rounds!
