Michelle Spadafora
Michelle Spadafora has worked in the fitness industry for over 30 years. Shortly after graduating from the University of Chicago in 1984, she began teaching fitness classes. And, nearly 17 years ago, she founded Faithful Workouts, a platform through which she brings curated workouts, meal plans, devotionals and retreats to women over 40.
Her desire is that her work and ministry would help women reach their goals physically, but even more importantly, that they would know how loved they are by their Heavenly Father!
In 1991, she married her husband, Jeff, and a few years later in 1994 they moved to Colorado to embrace a lifestyle filled with outdoor adventures. They started their family in 1995, and had three children in three years. Michelle describes her lifestyle this way: “I eat really healthy about 80% of the time, but still, at times, enjoy a glass of wine, great bread and french fries. I don’t have six pack abs (never have), I LOVE to laugh, and never take myself too seriously.”
