Get to Know Jo!

Jo Miller is a certified personal trainer, certified nutrition specialist, certified advanced sports performance coach, and certified behavioral change specialist. She is the co-owner and cofounder of Miller Time Fitness with her husband, Matt. She is also a health and wellness YouTuber, content creator for Critical Bench, and podcast host for Strong by Design. In addition to all of this, Jo also serves an advisor for Believe Big, an integrative cancer support non-profit, and volunteers with Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Jo has helped so many people—whether professional athletes or people just looking to prioritize their health—over the years develop physical strength and learn how to steward their bodies through healthy nutrition, mindset and exercise. 

Right now, Jo is writing a book about lessons she learned on how to live life well from her identical twin sister, and finalizing details on a sports scholarship called the “Jess Rehn Rise Above Award” in honor of her sister.
